To process your application, we require the following:
- Government Issued Photo Identification for every member 18 years or older
- Social Security card for ALL members of household
- Birth Certificates or Shot Records for all members of household under the age of 18 years old
-Court Ordered Custody Papers when applicable.
- Income Verification (Including but not limited to: wages, awards letter from food stamps office, awards letter from the Social Security Administration, child support obligation print out or any other Government assistance proof).
Once the initial online application is completed, our in-office staff will process your application (this may take up to ten business days), once your application is processed, you will receive a status letter in the mail (to the address on your application) explaining the status of your application. When there is available housing, a member of Occupancy Staff will contact you to schedule an appointment to provide the necessary verification and sign all applicable release forms.
Pineville Housing will review rental history and criminal history of household members, please list all information pertaining to those histories. Information not reported but found during processing can be grounds for denial of your application.
